1. Services Offered
Mubarokah Digital provides a variety of digital and creative services, including:

2. Refund Period
Customers can request a refund within 3 days after the service has been provided.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
- If Mubarokah Digital is unable to complete the project due to complexity or resource limitations, such as developing a highly complex application that exceeds our human resource capabilities.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must contact us via email at [email protected] and provide the following information:
- Company Name
- Representative’s Name
- Position
- Order/Invoice Number
- Reason for Refund
- Bank Account Number
Note: Refunds will be transferred through Bank Mandiri. If the receiving bank is different, a transfer fee of IDR 7,500 will apply for customers in Indonesia. International transfer fees will vary for customers outside Indonesia.
5. Exceptions
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- SEO Specialist Services
- Hosting, Cloud & VPS Server
- Content Creation
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through a bank transfer to a Bank Mandiri account. If the receiving bank is different, a transfer fee of IDR 7,500 will apply for customers in Indonesia. International transfer fees will vary for customers outside Indonesia.
The time required to process a refund is:
- 1-7 business days for customers in Indonesia
- 3-14 business days for international customers or depending on the bank involved
7. Refund Fees
A transfer fee of IDR 7,500 will apply if the receiving bank is different from Bank Mandiri. International transfer fees will be adjusted according to the bank’s policy.
8. Additional Policies
- Service Changes: Customers may request service changes during the project, but additional fees may apply depending on the type of change requested.
- Account Credit: In some cases, we may offer account credit as an alternative to a refund. This credit can be used for other services at Mubarokah Digital.
- Maintenance Policy: Services that have been completed and approved by the customer will not be eligible for a refund unless a prior maintenance or repair agreement has been made.
- Delay Policy: If there is a delay from the customer in providing necessary materials or approvals, Mubarokah Digital is not responsible for project completion delays and no refunds will be given in relation to these delays.
